Different Disease and it's Remedies

 

Acidity

Diet: Take carrot, cucumber, cabbage, white gourd (ghiya), petha and fruits, vegetables and sprouted food. Always chew the food properly, the coconut water, lime and honey water, fruit juice and vegetable juice, carrot and cabbage juice is very useful. 

Alternative Medicine: Take sufficient water. Fresh Aamla juice or dry Amla powder with a bit of turmeric in honey should be taken daily.  

Yoga and Kriyas: Do Vajrasana after meals, kunjal kriya, dry friction (rubbing of the body with a dry towel) before bath, take deep breaths in open air.

Attention: (Do not use milk because milk will once give relief in the burning sensation but to digest milk the stomach will have to create more acid. Avoid constipation, mental tension, fried and roasted food, spicy foods, reduce coffee and tea intake. Liquor, smoking and consuming tobacco, gutka strictly prohibited. Control excessive use of salt and sugar)

Asthma:

Diet: Green vegetables, juice, soup, Coconut water, grape juice, carrot beetroot juice, wheat grass juice, fruit salads, sprouted food are very effective for the patient. (don’t take milk or milk products if necessary take soybean or sesame milk)

Alternative medicine: Juice of basil leaves and ginger be taken with honey. A spoonful triphala with lime juice and water be taken.  One cup of hot water with honey is recommended.

Yoga: Nadi shodhan, kapal bhati, without retention pranayama, uddiyan bandh, mahamudra, breathing exercises, Gomukhasana, chakrasana, shalabhasana, makarasana, bhujang asans, dhanurasans be practiced

Constipation

Diet: Drink sufficient water, green leafy vegetables, fruit, vegetable and sprouted cereals should be taken. Guava, Grapes, Papaya, Orange Dates, Coconut, Spinach, Methi seeds, Cabbage, Apple, Cucumber, Carrot, Beet Root, Tomato are the best diets for constipation.

Alternative medicine: Wood Apple (bel), Walnut and Figs etc. be consumed. Row spinach juice to be taken in the morning it cures chronic constipation in a few days. Soaked 20-25 raisins or 8-10 black raisins to be eaten daily in the morning and drink its water, wheat grass juice cures chronic constipation .Lemon juice in warm water is to be taken at night for clear motion., Triphala powder also clean of the stomach, immediately after getting up in the morning drink two to four glasses of water from a copper or silver utensil. Avoid maida, besana products, fried and spicy foods, chili.                              

Yoga and Kriyas: After meals do Vajrasana, Sarpasana, Urdhavahasttanasana, Katichakrasana, Padhastasana is very useful.

Dandruff :

Diet: Take cabbage juice, spinach juice, pineapple juice, green vegetable, fruits, salads and sprouts for better result.

Alternative Medicine:  Squeeze lime in water and apply in the roots of hair on the scalp and then wash hair after a while, put some camphor in coconut oil and maggage on scalf after bath or Reetha, Amla and shikakai be soaked in water and can be used for washing hair. wash the head with a bit of mustard oil mixed in curd.For half an hour, sock methi seeds  at night, in the morning grind it then apply on the scalp and wash it after an one hour.

Attention: (Always avoid tea, coffee, chilly, spices, refined food products, maida and junk foods)

Depression

Diet: Juices, fruits, fresh vegetables and sprouted food be included in diet. Chilly spices, fried food, sugar maida and heavy food should be given up. Soyabean and sesame milk is good. Soaked almonds be eaten  

Alternative Medicine: Actually this is mainly psychological problem caused by abnormal thinking and complication of modern life style. So first give up negative thoughts and develop a positive attitude, live in a cheerful surrounding, ignore criticize and try to develop your confidence.

Yoga and Kriyas: Chakrasana, bhujangasana, shalabhasana, halasana, paschimottanasna, sarvangasana etc. be practiced. Tribandhasna and Gyan mudra be adopted, Lom-vilom, kapal bhati, bhastrika pranayama be practice. Meditation is very important. In the morning take deep breaths, spinal bath, dry rubbing of body before bathing, hot foot bath and massage etc.

Diabetes

Diet:  Seasonal fruits (orange, apple ,pear, papaya, watermelon, melon guava, pineapple etc.), salads (carrot, raddish, turnip, cucumber, long cucumber, spinach, mint, methi, coriander, cabbage, beans, capsicum etc.) sprouted (moong, moth and gram etc.) fruit juices and vegetable juices, drink lime water or coconut water. 

Alternative Medicine: Fresh amla juice or dry amla power with turmeric power is very beneficial. Bitter gourd (karela) juice should be taken daily .One spoonful of methi seeds be socked in a water and eaten and the water thereof be consumed or make methi powder and take one spoon full daily. Use less milk and more butter-milk should be taken regularly.

Yoga and Kriyas: Ardhamatsyendrasana, mayurasana, matsyasana, naukasana, dhanurasana, katichakrasana, mandooksana, koormasana, uttanapadasana, suryabhedi, bhastrika and nadishodhan, mahamudra and breathing exercise are beneficial. 

Attention: sugar, ice cream, sweet, ghee, butter, cold drinks, fried stuffs, non-veg foods, liquor, maida should not be taken. Unbalanced foods and mental tension should be avoided.)

Epilepsy:

Diet: Sufficient water, fruits and vegetables, sprouted cereals and vegetables- juices.Take soyabean milk and raw green leaves.

Alternative medicine: In the morning and evening take trifala with water. On the abdomen and forehead wet mud pack be taken. Daily heap bath, sitz bath, cold water spinal bath are beneficial.

Kriyas: Jalaneti be practiced. In this meditation is of great use.

Attention: (Sleep well as much as desired. During a fit a handkerchief  be stuffed in the mouth to prevent him/her from cutting the tongue under the teeth. At the time of fit put nail of your thumb in the nail of the thumb of the patient and press it. This removes unconsciousness. Sprinkling of water on the patients face also brings him/her out of unconsciousness.)

High-Blood pressure:

Diet: Cucumber (kakdi) juice, carrot (Gajar) juice, banana (kela) stem juice, beetroot juice, bathua and coriander (dhania) juice, spinach (palak) juice, coconut water, lime and honey water, green gourd (karela) juice, juice of wheatgrass, fruits, salad and sprouted seeds.

Alternative medicine: Basil(tulsi)  leaves and pepper be taken together In the morning basil leaves be taken with honey. In the morning take the juice of lemon and one spoon of honey dissolved in water, it very beneficial. You can take trifala powder or two spoonful amla juice in the morning and evening.

Six drops of garlic juice mixed in water be taken four times a day. Raw garlic with honey or black raisins (kismis) can also be taken. (When blood pressure gets normal use of garlic be reduced gradually. Salt, ghee, pickles, chilly, spices and sweets should be evaded.

Yoga: Shavasana, gomukhasana, ardhamatsyasana, vajrasana, padmasana, siddhasana, tadasana. Pranayamas like nardisodhana, sitkaari and sitali be practiced without retention.

At the time of high BP massage with ice over the spinal cord and head for five minutes. Remove mental tension and worries.

Indigestion

Diet: Take lemon water, coconut water, fruit juices of orange, pineapple, pomegranate etc. And vegetable juices, fruits, vegetable, sprouted, in ample quantity. Take tomato juice. Fenugreek seed soup should be taken. Take salad of cabbage.

Alternative Medicine: Give up the habit of eating repeatedly, always eat slightly less then the appetite, and eat saunf after meals. For increase in digestive power basil leaves or mint leaves be ground and mixed in water to drink. 

Yoga and Kriya: Ardhamastyendrasana, sarvagasana, uttanpadasana, suptpavanmuktasana, vajrasana, chakrasana, bhujangasana and shavasana be practiced, Kunjal and Jalneti, Yog Mudra, kapalbhati, lom-vilom, ujjai pranayama be practiced. Pass urine immediately after meals and sit in vajrasana.  

Attention: (Fried, roasted, chili spices, sweets and Maida products should not be used. whenever there is loss of appetite give up meals for one time or twice. Take meal only twice a day in routine.)

Low-Blood pressure:

Diet: Sufficient water and juices, fruits vegetables, sprouted, soup, milk curd, honey, soaked raisins, mint water and juice of beet root are very useful.

 Alternative Medicine: Take amla juice with honey on an empty stomach. In the morning take some soak raisins almond with milk.Once spoonful of basil juice with equal quantity of honey, and a small quantity of black pepper be mixed together and be taken twice daily for two months. Trifala powder be taken with turmeric powder. 

Kriyas & yoga: Morning walk and deep breathing exercise should be done. Bhujganasana, bajrasana, paschimottanasana, Kanasana, ardhamatsyendrasana, sabhasana be practiced.

Negative thinking should be given up and positive attitude be adopted.

Attention: (During menstrual period (bleeding) yogasana, should not be done.)

Alternative Medicine:  Must urinate after having food. At night take trifala.Daily take one glass of water with basil (tulsi) juice, or in the morning in an empty stomach drink lime lukewarm water.

Kriyas & yoga: Apply hot and cold fomentation on the abdomen. Heap bath, sun bath, hot foot bath, dry friction of the body, hot saline water bath may be done. Walking and deep breathing exercise should be done. Paschimottanasana Bhujangasana, Salavasana, and Bajrasana be done.

Alternative Medicine: Hot food bath, hot and cold fomentation of the nose, take steam on the face twice daily, dry friction be done. Sleep as much as required, Four drops of almond oil or mustard oil be put in the nose.

Kriyas & yoga: Jalneti, Sutraneti should be practiced daily. Lombelum, suryabhedi, bhujangasana, yagamudra are very effective. Put pressure on tips of the fingers and thumbs.
