Acidity
Diet:
Take carrot, cucumber, cabbage, white gourd (ghiya), petha and fruits,
vegetables and sprouted food. Always chew the food properly, the
coconut water, lime and honey water, fruit juice and vegetable juice,
carrot and cabbage juice is very useful.
Alternative
Medicine: Take sufficient water. Fresh
Aamla juice or dry Amla powder with a bit of turmeric in honey should
be taken daily.
Yoga
and Kriyas: Do Vajrasana after meals,

up in the morning drink two to four glasses of water from a copper or
silver utensil. Avoid maida, besana products, fried and spicy foods,
chili.

High-Blood pressure:
Diet: Cucumber (kakdi) juice, carrot (Gajar)
juice, banana (kela) stem juice, beetroot juice, bathua and coriander

reduced gradually. Salt, ghee, pickles, chilly, spices and sweets
should be evaded.
Yoga: Shavasana, gomukhasana,
ardhamatsyasana, vajrasana, padmasana, siddhasana, tadasana.
Pranayamas like nardisodhana, sitkaari and sitali be practiced without
retention.

ardhamatsyendrasana, sabhasana be practiced.
Negative
thinking should be given up and positive attitude be adopted.
